Other Insurance Options
A renter may choose to use another source for 3rd party insurance cover, for example their Homeowner’s Insurance Coverage.
If this option is selected the following items are necessary:
- Liability: coverage of not less than $5,000,000
- Additional Insureds: The full legal name and address of the church, “The Incumbent and Churchwardens of [parish legal name]” and “The Incorporated Synod of the Diocese of Huron” must all be listed on the certificate of insurance as additional insureds.
- Certificates: Proof of insurance, (Insurance Certificate) must be provided to the church.
