Many congregations within the Diocese are already experiencing the convenience of the pre-authorized donation plan. To date, 160 churches participate in this program and over $265,000 monthly are deposited directly into their bank accounts.
Giving Has Just Got Easier.......
All that is needed to begin is a void cheque from the church bank account and a completed form with a void cheque from each parishioner who wishes to participate. Forward these to Huron Church House. We now offer as well, pre-authorized payments from a credit card on the 15th of the month. This is done on a separate form from the bank account givings. On the 10th, 15th, 21st and\or the 25th day of each month the requested amount will be transferred from the parishioners’ account/credit card directly to the church’s bank account. The envelope secretary or designate will receive a monthly statement of donors for tax receipt purposes. Please let me know who will receive this report and at what address and whether it should be sent via mail or e-mail.
Payroll & Apportionment Payment Options......
Get on board with the direct debit program to remit your payroll or apportionment payments. We can withdraw the payroll amount shown on your statement on the 21st of every month. You can also have us deduct a regular amount monthly to remit for your apportionment either on the 10th, 21st or 25th of each month. No more cheques to write or worries about getting your payments here on time!
